Activate from Email
When trying to activate your Flume Pro licence by clicking the Activate button in your licence code email, your email reader/client must allow opening links that do not begin with "https" or "http". The macOS default Mail app as well as most online mail clients (eg. Gmail) permit this, however many others such as Yahoo Mail will not allow you to click these kinds of links.
To resolve this issue, you can activate Flume Pro manually, by copy/pasting your licence code. Refer to the help documentation for instructions.
Activate after Checkout
When trying to activate your Flume Pro licence by clicking the Activate button that appears on-screen directly after you purchase Flume Pro, you may receive an error when using Safari that it cannot open "flumeapp://" links.
To resolve this issue, ensure you have downloaded Flume for Mac from our website, extracted the .zip file download, moved Flume into your Applications folder, and launched Flume at least once. Once you have launched Flume, macOS and Safari will be able to open "flumeapp://" links and the activation button will function correctly.
You can alternatively activate your licence manually, by copy/pasting your licence code. Refer to the help documentation for instructions.
